RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel confident ordering from Beauty Brew.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, email hello@beautybrewonline.com with your name, order number and the product you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact hello@beautybrewonline.com with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
